Bylaw Amendment and
HOA Board of Directors Election​
Owners may vote Online or fill out a Paper Ballot.  
(Paper Ballots are in the Mail Room)
All Ballots are due Thursday, February 19th by noon.
Once you complete the online ballot, click on the Submit Ballot button and your ballot will be sent directly to Gwen for tabulation.   If you are filling out a paper ballot, put it in Gwen's mail slot to the left of her door.

    Online Ballot for the 2026 Olmos Tower
    Annual Meeting
    All Ballots are due Thursday, February 19th by noon.
    Ballot 1 of 2 - Bylaw Amendment: Vote to Approve or Disapprove.

    Approval means adoption the following Bylaw Article 2.1 (Amendment) to replace the existing Article 2.1:

    Article 2.1 – Number and Term of Office (Amended, February 19, 2026):
    The Board shall consist of a minimum of three (3) Directors, each serving a two year term. The Board may increase the number of Directors as necessary to meet the demands of the Olmos Tower Condominium Association. 
    Ballot 2 of 2 - Board Member Election: Vote for up to four candidates for a two-year term, starting February 20, 2026.

    Note: If the above proposed Bylaw amendment passes, then 4 openings will be filled.  If the Amendment does not pass, then only the top vote getter will be elected.
