Hallway Refresh Plan
Hallway Refresh Project (future project.) At the time (2017) of the general remodel of the lobby, a standard hallway carpet, paint and door colors was selected - See images below.
Owners have the following options:
1. Standard. Use the standard approved selections or
2. Door Option. Anyone can have any type or color of door, as long as all the Owners on their hall approve.
3. Carpet and Wall Carpet Options. If all hall Owners agree on a different carpet and/or wall color, then at the hall Owners expense they can go with their own agreed upon design. This then becomes a non-standard hallway and the Owners of that hallway take on the expense to maintain that hallway.
Note: Currently, to expedite the process, hallway Owners can fund the project. See Gwen for details.
