Hallway Refresh Plan
Hallway Refresh Project (future project.) At the time of our lobby remodel, a standard hallway carpet, paint and door colors were adopted - See images below. Standard hallways saves resources for the HOA.
Hallway Options:
1. Standard Wait. Wait until funds are available for all the remaining hallways.
2. Standard Expedite. Hallway Owners can upfront fund the project. When the OT Capital/Reserves allow, the Owners who went with the standard hallway package will be reimbursed for their costs. Contact Gwen for details
3. Owners Custom. If all hall Owners agree on a non-standard carpet and/or wall finish/color, then at the hall Owners expense they can implement their own agreed upon design at their cost. This then becomes a non-standard hallway and the Owners of that hallway take on the expense of maintaining (to include updating/replacing) that entire (ceiling, walls, doors and flooring) hallway.
Door Options. Anyone can have any type or color of door, as long as all the Owners on their hall approve.
New Buyer Reminder. When you purchase a unit, you then agree to the makeup of that entire hallway to include standard or non-standard, and also the existing furnishing and wall hangings. If you want to add any item(s) to the hallway you must have approval from all the Owners on your hall.
