Infrastructure Projects—What Has to Be Done?
Regardless that we had positive feedback from the Annual HOA meeting to implement projects sooner, the Board is responsible for maintaining the HOA’s infrastructure. For the good of the HOA, the current circumstances with respect to the following 6 major infrastructure projects (some are still estimates) need to be funded sooner than later:
1. Elevator Upgrade ($450,000) 4. Hallway Fire Sprinklers ($100,000)
2. Roof Replacement—garage ($160,000) 5. Pool Resurface ($75,000)
3. Roof Replacement—building ($160,000) 6. Heating Boiler ($75,000)
The Board is putting to an Owner vote a solution, similar to what we did in 2007, that resolves our infrastructure issues and accelerates projects. Voting is open. If you can not attend the final Zoom meeting and still want additional information, contact Gwen.
