To: Olmos Tower Residents Once again the Holiday Season is upon us! As in previous years, we are establishing an Employees’ Holiday Fund. This fund was originally set up at the request of residents to eliminate the need for individual gift giving. This fund will be handled separately from any Olmos Tower Condominium employee bonus.
Your contribution is strictly voluntary. The amount each employee receives will be pro-rated, based on weekly hours worked and length of employment for the year 2020.
We’ve included the contract doormen. The following is a list of participating employees:

Please make your check payable to “Olmos Tower Employees’ Holiday Fund” and have it in the Manager’s office no later than Friday, December 11, 2020. Please do not include your contribution with other payments to Olmos Tower.
