Common Area Sprinkler Project

We have an operational common area fire sprinkler system in accordance with city code. The Board thanks IB Hinton for establishing the installation contract. Having this behind us, ahead of the city deadline, is a huge relief for the HOA.
Completed Projects
Duel Power Panel (November 2021) - In support of the upcoming common area fire sprinkler install, we replaced our single feed power panel with a new and in code duel power panel.
Elevators (October 2021) - Both elevators have new controllers and power sources. The interior of the cabs were updated to compliment the lobby. Numerous other upgrades took place such as making the elevator mechanical room water tight and more energy efficient. NOTE - The individual elevator door motors were not replaced because Shindler (our elevator support company) said they have 5 plus years of life remaining.
Building Roof (April 2021) - The main roofing project is complete. The edges and seams where the roof meets the mechanical room, utility air fans, and roof drains are now sealed watertight.
Pool (April 2021) - Our pool was resurfaced, the coping and deck replaced and we now have all new electrical and plumbing. Also the ramp from the building to the cabana area is now within code.
Garage Roof (January 2021) - Our new water tight roof is installed along with gutters and drains.
Balcony Maintenance (November 2020) - We had 30 units that needed some type of balcony ceiling/edge repairs.
