Roof Renovations are Complete
Building Roof - The main roofing project was completed in April 2021. With new products available and the expertise of American Roofing, the edges and seams where the roof meets the mechanical room, utility air fans, and roof drains are now sealed this watertight.

Garage Roof. Our new water tight parking garage roof (along with new gutters and drains) was installed in January 2021.
Since the construction of our building in the 1960s, we have appropriately applied patches, and added/replaced the top layers of our garage roof surface many times. As presented in the July 2020 ZOOM information meetings, an infrared assessment (see below) determined it was time to remove all the previous years' roofing surfaces and install all new roofing material. The image below shows the underlying moisture. American Roofing removed all the roofing material--some of it was more than 50 years old!
